Wine Shipments before February 5:
Wines must arrive at Groskopf Warehouse no later than February 5 as we will be consolodating and shipping the wines to the competition site on February 8.
We will not accept wines at Groskopf any later than February 5. Ship or hand-deliver wine to Groskopf Warehouse, 20580 Eighth Street East, Sonoma, CA 95476, 800.479.9459 or 707.939.3100. Please clearly mark boxes on all sides with "GHA 2010 Entry." Late entries may be judged in a "Late Entry" class if they cannot be appropriately intermingled with others of their own class.

Medals and Notification
If your wine has been chosen as an award-winner, you will be notified according to the method of notification you chose at the time of entry. You may also look forward to receiving a medallion reflecting that honor. Medals will be ordered from the manufacturer once results are determined at the end of the competition and typically take 6 weeks to produce and mail to recipients. But here are two terrific promotional opportunities you should also know about to showcase your award.
Promotion 1: Web Link...Make your result a link!
Results are currently posted on our web site. With one easy click, you can drive viewers from your award listing directly to your own web site through the purchase of a one-time web link fee of $55. Links will post for a period of six months and cover each winning wine per entry.
Promotion 2: Foil Embossed Award Stickers...Give your bottles a voice.
There's no better way to promote your award-winning wine than with a handsome foil embossed promotional sticker placed right on the bottle! Grand Harvest Award stickers are available for Gold and and Silver awards. Stickers come in rolls of 1,000 and are available for purchase at $50 per roll. Stickers are produced in limited quantity, so ordering soon ensures the ability to fulfill your desired quantity. If stickers are out of stock, please inquire at 800-535-5670. Custom orders can be placed at an additional fee.
