Exclusive Supplier Showcase
We invite you to participate in this brand new event and enjoy being one of only ten exhibitors with access to a captive audience that includes winery owners, hospitality and wine club managers, staff and other qualified decision-makers.
The exclusive supplier showcase will be sized to feature a limited number of high level exhibitors whose products and services relate directly to the target audience attending this seminar. Exhibitor tables will be set up in the Grand Ballroom, providing the added benefit of hearing sessions and allowing exhibitors to interact directly with attendees without ever leaving the seminar space.
Only 10 (ten) exhibitor tables will be available. Since this is a brand new event, there is no priority list for space reservation. With only ten spots available, we expect that tables will go quickly.
This showcase will not be open to walk-ins. Anyone wishing to attend the showcase must enroll for the seminar.
Price
$800 for one six-foot table, table covers, two chairs, and one complimentary lunch ticket. Additional lunch tickets are $30 each. Electrical and WIFI are optional at $15 each.

How to Sign Up
Booth Sales Open on 12/19 by Telephone Only!
Booth Sales will open on Monday, December 19 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. We would like to extend a personal invitation to secure the booth of your choice at that time. Reservations will be taken BY TELEPHONE on a first-come, first-served basis from interested exhibitors. If you don't speak with someone in person, be sure to leave a voicemail. Calls will be answered in the order received. Space will be confirmed once deposit is received.
