It's official! We are pleased to inform you that the Wine Club Summit is moving to Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa, California on April 6, 2010. The 2010 Tasting Room Profitability Trade Show is moving to Wells Fargo Center for the Arts in Santa Rosa California April 7 & 8, 2010. Here are just a few exciting reasons why this move should provide you and your company with more quality prospects and a greater return on your investment.
• The location is right in the heart of wine country, an easy drive for all Napa and Sonoma wineries. If you're traveling in from Mendocino, Lake, or Napa counties, you'll find Sonoma County to be easier to access whether you're coming for sessions or visiting the trade show.Out-of-towners will find this venue only one hour north of San Francisco in the heart of Sonoma wine country with close access to wineries and tasting rooms and many local hotels to choose from.
• The new April dates provide less conflict with other industry events attracting more attendees and exhibitors.
• The NEW layout requires attendees to walk through the exhibits to get to and from the seminar room.
• Wells Fargo Center for the Arts is a non-union facility making move-in and move-out more convenient for the exhibitors.
Wine Club Summit Table Reservation Process:
Preferred Wine Club Summit exhibitors have until September 25, 2009 to reserve their tables. After September 25, 2009 exhibitors and all other prospects will have the opportunity to contract any remaining tables on first come/first served basis. The 2010 Wine Club Summit, CA, is being held one day before the Tasting Room Profitability Trade Show, which will also be held at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts. This allows you to turn two sales events into one great sales opportunity for your company. All 6 foot tables are $365, including: Skirted table, one chair, and 110v standard electricity. On-site lunch is optional at a fee. Payment is due in full the time of signing the contract. Consult contract for specific payment and mailing information.

Tasting Room Profitability Booth Reservation Process:
Preferred Tasting Room Profitability exhibitors also have until September 25, 2009 to reserve their booth space before registration opens to all other potential exhibitors and prospects on a first-come/first served basis. Wells Fargo Center for the Arts does have some limitations that need to be noted. Due to the configuration of the building, most booths will only be 6' in depth and 8' in length. The center does not have fork lift capabilities or a storage area. Therefore, all shipments must be direct with storage limited to what fits under your table or off site.
You may customize your space by combining two or more booths. Original booth sizes noted on the floor plan cannot be reduced. The booth rental is $700 per 6'x8' booth. Prices for other size booths are $14.00 psf. All booths are 6 foot x 8 foot. Rental includes: Skirted 6 foot table, pipe and drape, two chairs, and 110v standard electricity. Each exhibit booth receives one complimentary lunch voucher. Extra vouchers are available at a fee. VIP Passes are also available for your clients. A minimum deposit fo 50% is due at the time of signing the contractual agreement. Final balance is due on or before February 17, 2010. Consult contract for specific payment and mailing information.
